Tea against rheumatism and sciatica

Usage: 1 soupspoon of tea cook for 5 min in 2 dcl of water, leave for 10 min to get cold, filtrate and drink worm as possible. In case of strong pain take 4 soupspoons of tea, cook for 5 min in 1 l of water, filtrate and drink 1 coup of tea every 2 hours. Sweeten with honey if necessary. |
