Nettle has got a lott of diferent minerales(Fe,Mg,K,Na,Ca,P) necessary for man, chlorophyll ,vitamines(A,C) and hormones of plants. It’s specialy important for amelioration of blood(Fe) and after radiation or chemotherapy.
