Tea against high blood pressure
|
Activity:
Serves for troubles caused with high blood pressure and regulate it.
|
Usage:
Two soupspoons of tea infuse with 500 gr. of cold water, cover with a lid and leave during the night. In the morning warm and leave it boiling for 2-3 minutes in covered dish. When it cools down filtrate and drink one glass during the day. Do not drink all at once, but gradually. Sweeten with honey if necessary. |
